I was driving to SCC on Friday, 17 September 2004, when I noticed a litter problem on a street near my home. This was a few minutes before 9:00am.
Upon returning home around 12:30pm, I noticed the litter remained; therefore, AzLitter.org did an unscheduled litter patrol. Among all the litter I encountered litter from SCC.
